Bulgarian Carrot Hot Pepper

Holy Mole has a distinctive and slightly spicy flavour - but not hot - and is widely used in Mexican cuisine for Mole Sauce, pizza and enchilada casseroles. The fruits are 7-9“ long x 1 ½” wide and are dark glossy green. Plants are tall and staking is recommended.

Open pollinated seed.  Unlike some other hot varieties that tend to droop, Thai Dragons are loaded with clusters of slender hot peppers that point up above the leaves on short 16” sturdy plants. Vietnamese Multicolor Pepper
